Can I trust your cleaners?
All cleaners registered in our Qleanary system are verified and their references are checked and they receive regular professional training.
How do I pay for the clean?
Payment can be made via our website during reservation by credit card or PayPal. Other option is pay cash upon cleaner`s arrival.
Do I have to be at home during the clean?
It is absolutely depend on you, however we do recommend that you are there for the first clean. It allows you to meet your cleaner and provide clear instruction with any special request regarding the clean. If you cannot be home for the first clean, kindly mention specific request online.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes. We use professional grade equipment and products it makes the job quicker and more effective, but if you prefer your own products we are happy to use the ones provided by you.
